There are there main languages of business:
1.Accounting (backward data)
2. Finance (forward looking forecast)
3 . Economics (external factors)
There are other disciplines like marketing, HR, sales… but they belong to execution, not decision-making like the three above.
Influence in these languages and you will have uncomparable advantages in any industry.
